We are happy to accept return of the sold goods under these conditions
1. In case of different size: If you have received materials of the different size than your order,we will be taking the full responsibility and organize pick up from our end. We would ask you to replace the product or full refund. Choice would be yours.
2. In case of received damaged product: We would ship your boxes in outer packing of box with plastic roll strapped on top with strong white strapping tapes. Even though we take absolute care of packing, sometimes in transit, boxes might get damaged. In that case we will be taking the full responsibility and organize pick up from our end. Still there is a strict requirement that at the time of delivery, you need to inform Fedex and us, both in written. We would ask you to replace the product or full refund. Choice would be yours.
3. In case of you didn't like the quality: Currently with Flipkart and Non-printed ecommerce boxes, we are offering two types of qualities. Heavy: All papers 150 GSM, Extra Heavy: All papers 180 GSM. in both types of quality, allowed GSM variation is 8-10%. We strongly recommend to inspect the samples before making any purchase to ensure what exactly will you get.
4. Still I want to return the product: To provide you a worry free shopping experience on BuyBoxOnline.in, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs plus packing and handling charge).
When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us.
We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs and packing & handling charge. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our store. We do not offer returns on customized boxes with the reason of quality, we strongly recommend to inspect our quality first.
5. In case of printing mistakes: If you have chosen customized printing for your boxes and if you receive different printing, then we will be taking the full responsibility and organize pick up from our end. We would ask you to replace the product or full refund. Choice would be yours.
6. Refund process time is 1-2 weeks after receiving the returned product.
